		<description>Sounds good to me, but better yet, why not just outlaw usury or put some taxes on it to help people when they get into trouble?  They tax gambling and are supposed to use part of the money for rehab and therapy for problem gamblers, and I think they do the same thing with alcohol taxes.  Why not tax the credit companies on the huge profits they make and use the money to help people who get into trouble with those insidious credit cards?</description>
