Hello Lill,

We by locally grown & organic vegetables because it is not only good for you but safe. This is one the reasons why we look forward to our local market in the summer. We are also going to growing our own vegetable in a small garden in our back yard. It is scary when you hear about all the chemicals & pesticides that are in our food today. We just had to make a conscious decision to change our lifestyle sticking more to fresh meats & vegetables that are organic & free range. This also translates over into how we feed our dog. We are very particular in wat we give our dog Lola and she is on strict diet of holistic all natural foods & organic treats. We would not give her anything that we would not eat ourselves.
